Fort Lauderdale / Conrad Hotel

We recently returned from our first trip without kids in almost 3 years, and I must say it was the perfect quick getaway celebrating our 9th anniversary!

We stayed at the Conrad hotel in a resident suite, with breathtaking views.

When we arrived we were treated with chocolate covered strawberries, wine and rosé to celebrate!

The concierge team helped us plan out the perfect balance of relaxing and exploring.

Day 1

• We landed the night before at 11pm and it was so nice to finally sleep in.

• We sat pool side at the hotel in the morning with a few mimosas! If Billy is working ask for him, he’s great. The pool deck looks out over the ocean and our room came with beach chair/umbrella set up daily.

• We explored Las Olas blvd, had lunch at El Camino (yummy cheese dip!) and shopped at the local boutiques.

• We enjoyed a canal view dinner at Blue Moon Fish Co. The shrimp & chorizo fritters and blueberry smash mule were delicious!

Day 2

• We spent the morning pool side again.

• Around lunch time we rented bikes and took a quick ride over to Park & Ocean for a bite to eat.

• We had the best dinner at Takato.

This trip was the perfect getaway and we cannot wait to come back with the kids next time!
